At Halo Fashionwear, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
